Rock & Reel Tournament - June 11-12, 2016

The Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club invites you to come join the fun and excitement of our 14th Annual Rock 'n Reel Hawaiian Open! Two evenings of excellent food. Beverages are compliments of Anheuser-Busch. Queen K Tesoro and Pacific Rim Fishing Supplies will be donating merchandise for special prizes during each radio Marlin report.Oversea Insurance Agency and Queen K Tesoro will once again be donating the Rock 'n Reel T-shirts.

There will be two days of great fishing on the calm Kona coast waters. Compete for great prizes generously donated by Penn Reels,Pat Brian Custom Rods, and Berkley. Optional side pools are available, small to large, for those who feel lucky.

Entry Fee:
In addition to the charter fee, there is a $500 per boat/team. Boat/team consists of 4 anglers and 2 crew. Additional anglers over 4 (up to 6 total) will be $25 per person.

Optional Entries:
All boat/teams must be entered in the tournament to participate in the Optional Entries (see "Awards" for Optional Entry Fees).

Rules and General Issues:
IGFA Rules will apply to all catches. All IGFA line classes, up to 130 pound, will be treated equally.

Only fish caught on rod and reel, trolling or drift fishing, will qualify. Live bait may not be passed between boats, and cannot be caught prior to the start of fishing. Live bait and dead bait must be rigged with circle hooks only. Lures can be rigged with conventional hooks.
